Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- DSM-IV diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depression
- Diagnosis of a substance use disorder
- Enrolled in clinical care at Creative Alternatives or People Encouraging People for at least 3 months
Exclusion
- Pregnant
