Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Primipara
- Healthy mother and child
- Danish speaking
- Perineal laceration or episiotomy that can be sutured by a midwife.
Exclusion
- Large perineal lacerations
- Heavy bleeding after childbirth
- No need for pain relief
