Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 12 to 17 years of age
- HAM-D score of \> 14
- Meet diagnostic criteria for either Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia, or Depression NOS
- Have a parent or guardian willing to participate
Exclusion
- Currently Suicidal
- History of mental retardation or borderline intellectual functioning
- Current psychosis
- Primary caregiver unwilling to participate
