Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 12 to 17 years of age
  • HAM-D score of \> 14
  • Meet diagnostic criteria for either Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia, or Depression NOS
  • Have a parent or guardian willing to participate

Exclusion

  • Currently Suicidal
  • History of mental retardation or borderline intellectual functioning
  • Current psychosis
  • Primary caregiver unwilling to participate
