Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Hypertensive individuals aged 40 years and above residing in selected clusters
  • Individuals prescribed with hypertensive medication by their general practitioners in related cluster

Exclusion

  • Pregnant women will be excluded
  • Mentally unstable or bed bound patients
