Inclusion
- two groups of 16 healthy subjects
Exclusion
- diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance
- peripheral vascular disease
- pulmonary disease
- clinically significant hepatic or renal disease
- triglycerides \>200mg/dl
- anemia
- abnormal PT, PTT or INR
- pregnancy or lactation
