Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Mild Congestive Heart Failure
  • Must be able to exercise

Exclusion

  • Venous or arterial thrombus
  • Lower extremity arthritis
  • Blood clotting abnormalities
  • Claudication
  • Peripheral vascular disease
  • Evidence of deep vein thrombosis on ultrasound
