Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients \> 18 years-old
  • ALS certain or probable
  • vital capacity (respiratory) \> 70 %
  • under riluzole

Exclusion

  • ALS in family
  • other conditions affected survival and QoL
  • cognitive impairment
