Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Stable heart failure with left ventricular dysfunction
  • Cheyne-Stokes respiration with central AHI\>15 and obstructive AHI\<5

Exclusion

  • Heart infarction within 3 months.
  • Dementia
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and daytime hypoxemia.
