- Type 2 diabetes mellitus
Exclusion
- Type 1 diabetes, uncontrolled type 2 diabetes, - HbA1c ≥ 10 % - Fasting plasma glucose \> 300 mg/dL - Triglycerides \> 500 mg/dL
