Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- adult patients, \>=18 years of age;
- adenocarcinoma of colon or rectum, with metastatic or locally advanced disease.
Exclusion
- previous systemic treatment for advanced or metastatic disease;
- previous treatment with oxaliplatin or Avastin.
