Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- chronic renal failure patients (KDOQI III, IV) undergoing regular control visits at our nephrology department
- \> 19 years
- written informed consent
Exclusion
- atrial fibrillation
- valvular heart disease
- severely impaired systolic function
- no informed consent
