Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical signs and symptoms of cardiac decompensation during the present hospitalisation
- NYHA class III or IV at time of admission
- Cardiothoracic ratio \> 0.5, and/or left ventricular ejection fraction \<40% documented by echocardiography
