Inclusion
- Gestational diabetes by ACOG definition or Type 2 diabetes in pregnancy Hyperglycemia despite following ADA diet English or Spanish speaking -
Exclusion
- Already requiring Insulin Serum creatinine \> 1.3 or creatinine clearance \< 75ml/minute Liver disease
