Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Previously untreated
- Younger than 61 years
- Symptomatic myeloma
- Measurable disease
- Fit to receive high-dose chemotherapy
Exclusion
- M-GUS
- Solitary plasmacytoma
- Plasma cell leukemia
- AL Amyloidosis
