Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BMI \> 35
- Stable obesity
- Abdominal or pelvic surgery
- Agree to participate to the study
Exclusion
- malignancy,
- infectious or inflammatory disease, notably HIV infection
- pregnancy
- history of ischemic cardio or neurovascular event, lower limb arteritis
