Inclusion

  • Adult resident of Karachi residing in selected clusters
  • Age \> 40 years

Exclusion

  • Clinical Heart Failure
  • Severe Disease e.g. Cancer
  • Pregnant or lactating women
  • People with limited mobility
  • People not willing to participate
