Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Postmenopausal women
  • serum estradiol level less than or equal to 20 pg per mL
  • serum FSH greater than 40 mIU per mL

Exclusion

  • Pathological cancer findings on screening
  • abnormal endometrium
  • serious hepatic, renal or cardiac disease
