Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- first major unilateral hemispheric stroke,
- english speaking,
- adequate verbal communication,
- discharged home or residential care
Exclusion
- serious comorbidities (eg. cancer, mobility limiting arthritis, leg amputation)
