Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age between 3 and 18 years
- Diagnosis of Congenital Hypothyroidism with initial TSH \> 100
- Ability to understand directions and follow all instructions
Exclusion
- Not on any drug interfering with absorption of levothyroxine
