Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Clinical patellar tendinopathy pain.
  • Tendon swelling
  • Hypoechoic
  • Doppler activity in tendon

Exclusion

  • Previous knee surgery
  • diabetes
  • arthritis
  • previous steroid injections
