Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Lactating mothers with symptoms of breast inflammation
  • Any mixture of increased breast tension, fever, breast erythema, lumps in the breast

Exclusion

  • Non-Swedish speaking
  • Psychiatric illness
  • Hemorrhagic disease
  • Prosthetic heart valves
  • Skin infections
  • Hepatitis B
  • HIV positive.
