Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- subacute stroke
- stroke interval 3 to 8 weeks
- severe upper limb paresis
- Fugl-Meyer \< 18
Exclusion
- history of epilepsy
- antiepileptic, neuroleptic medication
- metal implants
