- Age \>18 years
- Permanent pacemaker
Exclusion
- Epicardial pacing
- Left ventricular dysfunction
- Organic tricuspid regurgitation
- Bi-ventricular pacemaker
- Atrial fibrillation
- Complete pacemaker dependence
