Inclusion
- Patients presenting for kidney transplantation
- Age \> 18
- Deceased donor kidney transplant
Exclusion
- History of thrombosis or hypercoagulable state
- Receiving Coumadin or Heparin
- Hemoglobin \>=14 g/dl
- Uncontrolled hypertension
