Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients presenting for kidney transplantation
  • Age \> 18
  • Deceased donor kidney transplant

Exclusion

  • History of thrombosis or hypercoagulable state
  • Receiving Coumadin or Heparin
  • Hemoglobin \>=14 g/dl
  • Uncontrolled hypertension
