Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Acute chest pain patient visiting emergency room

Exclusion

  • unstable vital sign
  • renal failure
  • ST elevation myocardial infarction
  • uncontrolled arrhythmia
  • hypersensitivity to contrast dye
  • clinically no possibility of angina
