Inclusion
- Acute chest pain patient visiting emergency room
Exclusion
- unstable vital sign
- renal failure
- ST elevation myocardial infarction
- uncontrolled arrhythmia
- hypersensitivity to contrast dye
- clinically no possibility of angina
