Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- NYHA III-IV
- QRS \> 120 msec
- On medical therapy, but beta blocker dose not @ target (carvedilol 25 bid, metoprolol succinate 200 qd)
Exclusion
- QRS \< 120 msec
- On target beta blocker dose
