Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • NYHA III-IV
  • QRS \> 120 msec
  • On medical therapy, but beta blocker dose not @ target (carvedilol 25 bid, metoprolol succinate 200 qd)

Exclusion

  • QRS \< 120 msec
  • On target beta blocker dose
