Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 70 or over
- Followed in VA primary care or geriatrics clinic
- Currently not regularly physically active
- Able to walk 10 meters without human assistance (assistive device acceptable)
Exclusion
- Age 70 or over
- Followed in VA primary care or geriatrics clinic
- Currently not regularly physically active
- Able to walk 10 meters without human assistance (assistive device acceptable)
- A terminal diagnosis
