Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 70 or over
  • Followed in VA primary care or geriatrics clinic
  • Currently not regularly physically active
  • Able to walk 10 meters without human assistance (assistive device acceptable)

Exclusion

  • Age 70 or over
  • Followed in VA primary care or geriatrics clinic
  • Currently not regularly physically active
  • Able to walk 10 meters without human assistance (assistive device acceptable)
  • A terminal diagnosis
