Inclusion

  • Tennis elbow during more than 6 months
  • Signature of consent

Exclusion

  • Less than 18 years old
  • Osteoarthritis elbow
  • Referred cervical pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Pregnancy
  • Myasthenia
  • Polymyositis
  • SLA
  • Anticoagulant treatment
  • Aminosides
  • Diabetes
  • Alcoholism
  • Previous botulinum toxin A injections
