Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18 years of age or older
- able to understand, provide written consent in and speak English
- cognitive ability to participate
- clinician-estimated life expectancy between 3 and 12 months
- approval of treating physician
Exclusion
- any absolute contraindications to physical activity
- palliative performance scale level of 30% of less
- any patient within the last days to hour of life
