Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Liver biopsy within 12 months demonstrating NASH
  • Abnormal ALT

Exclusion

  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other chronic liver conditions
  • Abnormal kidney function
  • Excess alcohol consumption
