Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Liver biopsy within 12 months demonstrating NASH
- Abnormal ALT
Exclusion
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other chronic liver conditions
- Abnormal kidney function
- Excess alcohol consumption
