Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Pregnant women prior to the 25th week of gestation
- no previous live births
- one of the following sociodemographic risk characteristics:
- young age (\< 19 years at registration);
- unmarried
- low socioeconomic status (Medicaid status or no private insurance)
