Inclusion
- woman who needs elective caesarean section
Exclusion
- multiple pregnancy
- toxaemia
- rhesus immunization
- fetal infection
- maternal gastro-duodenal ulcer
- mother HIV+
- prior injection of corticosteroid during the pregnancy
