Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Greater than 65
- Admitted to the trauma service
Exclusion
- Inability to draw sufficient blood
- Immunocompromised
- Currently receiving systemic corticosteroids
- Participation in other studies
- In the opinion of the investigator will not be able to complete protocol
