Inclusion
- Pelvic malignancy
- Palliative radiation treatment planed
- ECOG \<3
- Age\>18 years
Exclusion
- Previous pelvic radiotherapy
- Uncontrolled diarrhea
- Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
- BMI\<18.5
