Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • acute phase of myocardial infarction (\>48 hours from the onset of chest pain)
  • stable hemodynamic conditions
  • completely occluded infarct related artery

Exclusion

  • heart failure signs in the acute phase
  • contra indication for MRI or SPECT IMAGING
