Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- acute phase of myocardial infarction (\>48 hours from the onset of chest pain)
- stable hemodynamic conditions
- completely occluded infarct related artery
Exclusion
- heart failure signs in the acute phase
- contra indication for MRI or SPECT IMAGING
