Inclusion

  • Inborn infant
  • Birth weight of \<1301 g
  • Admitted between June 1996 and June 1999

Exclusion

  • Major anomalies
  • Hemolytic disease
  • Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome
  • Missing parental consent
