Inclusion
- Generally health men
- 19-65 years
- Non-anemic
Exclusion
- Age \<19 or \>65
- Hemoglobin \<120 g/L
- Clinical evidence of illness
- Consumption of mineral supplements
- Recent blood donation (within 8 weeks)
