Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- elective, thoracotomy patients with a surgical intention to cure.
- age between 18 and 80 years.
- ECOG 0 - 2 post-thoracotomy.
Exclusion
- patients with chronic pain.
- a previous thoracotomy.
- comorbidity limiting rehabilitation.
- non-compliance
