Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Recipients of the Eurotransplant Senior Program
- negative cytotoxic crossmatch
- signed informed consent
Exclusion
- High sensitized recipients (PRA \> 40%)
- Non heart Beating Donor
- Hyperlipidemia
- Leucocytopenia (\< 3000/mm3)
- Thrombocytopenia (\< 75000/mm3)
