Inclusion
- Cesarean delivery at \>=35 weeks gestation;
- Able to provide informed consent
Exclusion
- Vaginal delivery;
- Delivery \< 35 weeks gestation;
- STAT surgery;
- Unable to provide consent;
- Medical complication/condition incompatable with random asiignment
