Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • High Treatment \> 1 day
  • Normal gastrointestinal function

Exclusion

  • Status asthmaticus
  • Chronic renal failure under dialytic treatment
  • Severe hepatopathy (Child-Pugh class = C)
  • Comatous patients (GCS \< 12)
  • Head trauma, severe neurological diseases (ictus cerebri, SAH, ...)
  • Intoxicated patients
