Inclusion
- Elective thyroid or combined thyroid/parathyroid surgery, restricted to the central cervical compartment
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- Intolerance to used medication
- Recurrent disease
- Neck dissection, sternotomy
- Emergency surgery
