Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age greater than 60 years
- Female
- African American
Exclusion
- Use of walker for ambulation
- Positive response on a modified Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, indicating potential risk of engaging in activity
- Withdrawal by primary physician
