Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age greater than 60 years
  • Female
  • African American

Exclusion

  • Use of walker for ambulation
  • Positive response on a modified Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, indicating potential risk of engaging in activity
  • Withdrawal by primary physician
