Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • healthy men and women

Exclusion

  • diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance
  • clinical signs of hyperandrogenism
  • polycystic ovary
  • hormonal therapy
  • BMI \> 30 kg/m2
  • dysmenorrhoea
