Inclusion
- healthy men and women
Exclusion
- diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance
- clinical signs of hyperandrogenism
- polycystic ovary
- hormonal therapy
- BMI \> 30 kg/m2
- dysmenorrhoea
