Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 40 years and older
- Diabetes mellitus
- Peripheral arterial disease
- Leg symptoms
Exclusion
- Myocardial infarction within 3 months of enrollment
- Inability to walk for exercise secondary to chest pain, dyspnea, or poor balance
- Prior major amputation
