Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- adult patients with acute (within 24 hrs) traumatic corneal injuries
Exclusion
- immunocompromised
- known allergy to local anesthetic
- unable to consent /follow instructions for dosing / go to follow-up appointments
- previous ocular pathology
