Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All multiple trauma patients\>16 years with informed consent

Exclusion

  • Hypertension
  • Allergy
  • Erythroid leukemia
  • Pregnancy and breast feeding
  • Pre operative patient
  • Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
  • Thromboembolic disorders
