Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiology physical status grade I-II
- Age 18-80 yr
- Elective gynecological surgery
- Supine position
Exclusion
- Known or predicted difficult airway
- Body mass index \>35 kg m-2
- Risk of aspiration
