Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Normal coronary angiogram
  • Left ventricular ejection fraction \< 40%
  • NYHA III or IV heart failure symptoms
  • Bone marrow reactivity (G-CSF test)
  • Presence of viable myocardium

Exclusion

  • Hematologic malignancy
  • Multiorgan failure
