Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pregnant women included before 16 amenorrhea weeks
Exclusion
- obesity (BMI \> 40kg/m2)
- subject became pregnant with medical infertility treatment
- tobacco \> 10
- suspected abuse of alcohol
